FACTORING
Company Transeuropean Trade LP, acting as a factor, provides the client with a financial instrument that allows the supplier to immediately receive money under deferred payment contracts. The buyer's obligations remain the same, but at the appointed time he will transfer payment not to the seller, but to the factor that provided the funds. Factoring allows suppliers to shorten the financial cycle and maintain deferment terms for the customer.
